RL22 and IMR4350 have worked great with 150 grain bullets for me, RL22 giving the greater velocity of the 2 powders. Again, both powders worked best near max loads. For RL22, max is near 57.5 grains, IMR4350 near 52 grains, but always start 3 or so grains at least below this for each.

The Nosler manual was very conservative for my rifle, I ended up using 2 gr's more RL-22 for 58.5grs with the 150 Nosler. That load is listed as max in the Reliant handbook. 1/2" groups and over 3000fps

That RL22 is a pain though since it is not very consistant from lot to lot. 56.5 grains from one lot gave me the same results as 58 grains in another. Best to buy a few pounds at a time from the same lot.
