Can anyone help me out with any experience loading Benchmark in a 1 in 9" twist 223 Rem.? Thanks, Mark

I load BM2 the Australian equivalent of Benchmark. It is probably the same powder as a lot of Hodgdon powders are made in Australia.

It is an excellent powder in my Stevens 1 in 9" twist .223.

A load that worked for me is 22.5 grains with either a 65 Sierra SBT or Sierra 63 SMP.

FYI 25 grains AR2208 (Varget) also worked well under the 65 SBT however this was a max load in my rifle.
