The old timer at my local gun shop thinks I have a problem. He shakes head because I'm shooting alot of these bullets. Like 100 a week and I'm eating up his powder supply also.

I have a out of the box A-bolt hunter that gets sub 1" 5 shot groups with this load.

75gr. V-max
57.0gr IMR 4350
Fed 210 primers
winchester brass
OAL is 3.110

I'm still getting sub groups and I've fired this brass 8 or 9 times.

So, do you guys think I have a problem?

Tell the old timer to order MORE powder

I shoot the hornady 75gr HP in my tikka 25-06

56 GR ar2213sc (h4831sc)
Win brass and primers
Shoots .75 groups
I use ar 2209 on the larger bullets

I have no chrony so it's guessing.

My Hornady manual says 3600 fps out of a 24" barrel with a 1 in 10 twist. My rifle has a 22" barrel. I'd think around 3500 fps give or take a few.
