30-06 General Purpose Round
Here is a round that might make that '06 shoot like a house-a-fire!!

New Winchester Brass
CCI Large Benchrest Primers
49.0 grains of IMR-4064
165 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip
COL= 3.213"

Browning 1st generation Abolt, 3-12x Redfield Ultimate Illuminator

This round, if I do my part, will land three of them in a group .3"

This is a listed max, work up to it.

What velocities do you get?

John,
The book says 2720fps. They use a 26 inch barrel, mine has a 22 inch, so less, but they were developed before I bought my chrono, so I dont know out of my rifle.
