Clark;

Sorry have been out tramping around in the woods looking for deer shit and elk shit.

They all must be on vacation down in your neck of the woods, as I don't see any up this way.

Sorry to let you down, but it is hunting season.
Hopefully the Liberals in California haven't taken that away from you guys down there yet, although I am sure they are working on it.

Don't worry, by the end of November you will be back with having to put up with my 'BS' again.

I have 50 deer rifles and have never been deer hunting.
I am in Washington state near Seattle.
2 million people - one traffic jam.

I have friends who are going to take me some day to hunt deer.

I hunt pheasants, ducks, chucker, quail, etc.

I really like gunsmithing and handloading to get ready for deer, I am just afraid of cleaning the carcass with no experience. Also, there is not much chance of getting a deer around here. The guys at the range talk about going to other states.

I used to chase pronghorns with a motor cycle over grass lands in Montana. That is a real sport.

I have to go measure the expansion ratio in an SKS with 1 grain of powder with and without the gas piston installed.

Clark:

Sorry, assumed the I5 corridor meeting the rain forest was somewhere in No Cal.

I'd be more than happy to let you deer hunt with me any time. Just seems Snagglepuss the Cougar and friends have eleviated us of any deer to hunt anymore.

I have lived in Seattle several times. Use to love it, but that was a couple of million people less population then, back when you did not let people know you lived in the "low rent district" called Bellevue.

I do know how to field clean a deer, being a corpman, nurse and paramedic in the army guess I learned to do a lot of stuff. If you get shot accidentally by some idiot, I can patch that up too ( heaven forbid that ever happening, just making a joke here).

Ever want to hunt down here in Oregon, even for just ground squirrels, drop me an email. Would be glad to have you down.

Since you are in Seattle, give my regards to JonA up that way.
