Try Ball-C 2 at about 46 to 46.5 grains with a Federal standard large rifle primer. It shoots in the .3s from my Remington 700 VS. The three bullets that this rifle and load likes are the Sierra 168-grain MK, 168-grain A-Max, and the Nosler 165-grain Ballistic Tip bullets. The A-Max bullet comes un-glued on varmints. I would not use it for big game. The Nosler works fine on deer, and the Sierra 168-grain MK just doesn't know that it is not to be used for hunting. If you would like photo results of the Sierra MK bullets on deer please conttact me at my email address. I have several photos, and some are very grafic. I also have more load information with IMR4064, and Varget powders.
