I used the Speer manual and used one of their loads for the 140 gr Trophy Bonded Bear Claw in .270 Win. I used IMR 7828 and my rifle did not like it at all. Has anyone found a pet load that works well for them?

RL 19 works very well with the 140 gr TBBC in my wife's Rem 700 270. Don't have my load data w/ me but think we use 53 grs...be sure to check against your loading manual data.

My wife used this load to take a nice cow elk last hunting season.
