jstevensI load the 100 Barnes TSX with 72 grains of RL22, 3670 fps over my chrono. out of a 26 in. barrel. It will group .5-.7 in mine and is a killer on long deer and antelope.

joecool544I only use 100 grain Partitions or Barnes in the two that I have. I use IMR 7828 74gr. For a speed of 3750.

Steve LefforgeI have found in all my Weatherby rifles that sticking to Weatherby Over All Cartridge Length seems to work the best. Since the free bore is quite long, I tried to seat the bullet out to max length. However, this only hurt my groups.
Weatherby's O.A.L for the .257 WM is 3.250"
Good-Luck
