Just started load development for my newly aquired 7-08 Encore pistol barrel(15 in).I am using a 2.5-7 T/C scope in Burris Signature Zee Rings on a Weaver base. My load consisted of RP cases, Win LR primers, IMR 4064(39 grs.) and Sierra 130 Gr. SSP bullets #7250. Seated to 2.770 C.O.L

groups averaged .75--1.25 of an inch at 100 yds on the bench. It shows great promise. Did Sierra discontinue the bullet I'm using? The book said it should be running about 2475 fps. Is this bullet too lightly constructed to use in the 7-08 handgun at this speed?
