I just got back from roping so haven't had a chance to catch up. No need for either one of use to apolgize. I'm not a beer drinker but have been known to kill a bottle or two of Crown. I've got a big roping this coming week in Texas so trying to get as much practice in as I can. I rope Fri and hope for a call back Sun I'll have JD Yates head for me last year JD got me in the finals. My mind right now is on roping and not much else so best sign off.

I know some cowboys who make a living riding horse and depending on what your country is like kind of tells if shoes are needed. There are alot of well known ranches who keep their horses bare foot and seem to manage and think anyone above the drug store type cowboy should know that. The reason why got so many lame horse is got too may bad guys putting shoes on and they all claim to be experts. I know alot of guys that shoe their own horses it ain't no big secret to shoe. I know afew that hunt without shoe and some that do and for me I keep my horses with shoes all year and think sometimes in the snow may be better without shoes don't have the snow balling up. I use my horses all year and I take care of them.
