I have a Bucheimer leather scabbard that I'm thinking of modifying so it will better fit on a llama pack. Will I be ruining anything with significant collector or historical value? It doesn't look like anything special, but it never ceases to amaze me what is considered collectable these days.

Thanks,
Washougal Chris

It has very little collector value unless it was made in the 1800s.. and they are not that well made anyway...

Thanks - just didn't want to be the kid who took baseball cards from his older brother's collection and taped them to the bicycle fender so it would sound cool!
