Been a bit slow in this department.

What are your thoughts of barefoot vs. shod when you are taking your hoss hunting? If shod, what type of shoe do you put on? Why?

Cheers,

Hello:
If it's at all rocky, or you use your horse even moderately, don't plan on gettin too far without shoes. I generally use heel and toe with borium smears for any hunting during the fall. Ice and snow can show up here, just about any time.
