Just came across your post . . . and am wondering how your appaloosa filly ever made out. Did ya get'er through?

Used to have one with a similar problem about pull'n back. Gott'em thru with the methods discribed in this thread.

Now have a 4 yo appy that's a dream, but we had a 'bout over the hind feet and got him thru with the use of the cotton rope.
