There isn't much call for a two-bore rifle, so I'd guess they will always remain a special order item. George

George, I'm surprised. In NYC no use for a 2 bore? Go to Central Park and watch the crooks for a while. Or watch the cabbies and their driving. I think you have MUCHO need for a #2 bore. One on each bumper Semiauto, and one on a combat style sling. Packy

In NYC, you need a high rate of fire; it just takes too long to recover from the recoil of a two-bore. George

If you really want a 2 bore, contact Clayton Nelson. Clayton has and still does make very large bore rifles, including 2 bores. I believe Steve Barnette currently has one of Claytons "baby farkies" for sale, in .280 if memory serves. Steve

Yes contact Mr. Nelson. Clayton NelsonI believe I read somewhere that residents of NYC will be required to show proof of 2-Bore ownership by 2009. 50 (oooo) swaged lead balls at 1500fps should cover your need for high rate of fire.
