Those folks in Wisconsin cheat.....using a shotgun like that....heres how it's really done. This 2.010 Dia lead bullet was found after a shooting spree. Thw copper seal is bent badly and there's marks from hitting in the dirt. Rifling marks are very evident and I assure you it's fully capable of shooting deer at 200 yards.
