Could someone post a few picks of a Granite Mountain bolt face.

I would like to see what one of Granite Mountain's .505 bolt faces looks like to compare it to Montana's PH.

Mine is chambered for the 700 AHR, so i guess that wouldn't help, unless you plan to shoot cases that look like Budweiser cans!

The bolt face has to be approximately the same as the case head. (.635???) So what is the question?

I was wondering if their is any differene in left lug shape or size between the two. If one or the other would be a better choice for enlarging the face to take the .577 Tyrannosaur.

The PH should handle the trex ok.
The recess only has to be machined out
about .050" for trex rim. PH bolt diameter
handles my 700HE ok with recess made
.135" bigger.But you can get more than trex
with my 585HE and use Gibbs bolt. I've done it.Ed
