Just saw an advert in the latest issue of GunList for Garry Reeder's (www.reedercustomguns.com) Ruger No. 1 conversion to .375 Ultra .470, .500, .500 Jeffery, and .505 Gibbs. They add a break, about 2 lbs of weight and a new pad. I could do without the engraving. Cost, $1995 PLUS your rifle. I thought that you may be interested given the other No.1 discussions in progress.
