Just shot a deer and a moose with Speer's 350 gr. Mag-Tip in my 416 Remington Mag. Performance was very good. The deer was taken at 60 yards, quartering towards. Actually made a poor shot, as I thought it was broadside. Hit the back half of one lung, blew the liver to mush, and exited the rear rib cage(after going through some stomach)

Deer went 15 steps, then all 4 feet were in the air. Wound showed good expansion, and left a nice sized exit hole. Not bad for a skinny 180 lb. deer.
The moose was taken broadside at 100-125 yards. Hit high in the lungs, a few inches below the spine. Exited the same spot, just 4 inches behind the shoulder. Moose went about 15 steps as well before tipping over. Huge entrance, centered a rib, big hole, stick your fist through it, then mushed the lungs, and exited between 2 ribs, 2" exit or so.
Missed a bear too, hit a tree with my shot. Bullet went through a 8" pine. then 3" into another. It was a picture perfect mushroom, and retained 75% of it's weight.
Great bullet!
