Tom Burgess has made them although I don't know if it was a one-time affair or not.
The CZ is a little more complicated than the '98 Mauser in that you need a new cocking piece in addition to a shroud. His are the most attractive to my eye in that they keep the '98 shroud lines.

I have 2 of Wisner's installed and think very highly of them, too. Haven't seen a Gentry and to be honest I'm not sure if the 550 and 550 Magnum will use the same unit. Hope so.

I wish my 550's had the 3 pos win style safety, mine have the 3 pos CZ, the side safety and I do not like them. I would like to get rid of that roller pawl and little pin that falls out when you take them out of the wood. I do not like anything that falls off. Guess I could go with roll pins, but may just to win style some day.

I don't but a search should find it. There are also some great picutres in the archives, too.

Try Burgess and Trigger. The thread included a really nice trigger he made for the big CZ.

I recently ordered two 3 positional safeties from Ed Plummer (American Hunting Rifles Inc.) as he is the only source that I could find for them.

In the past PME sold them, and I have a couple of their versions, but they do not make them anymore.

This is the thread, but the pictures are gone.

AR member Mingbogo, for whom Mr. Burgess did the work, also just sold a Wisner safety for the CZ on the AR classifieds. Those pictures are still up.

I bought the safety in AR Classifieds, not sure if I'm going to put it on the 416 rigby I'm currently doing, or a lott in the future.

According to Mr. Burgess, he does not plan to make any more triggers or M70 safeties for CZs, and I believe Mr. Wisner won´t either. Ed Plummer does and his are very nice.
