Yeah, I guess being a young whiper-snapper I like to find the data online and was hoping someone had a resource they could share. If no one has one, I'll try that. | |||

Quick update. Before making a long distance call to AU, which was the only Cust. Service # I could locate for them, I sent them a follow-up e-mail a couple weeks back. I got a reply today. They said that they have not tested BC on the hydros yet, but that they expect it is in the range of .190 to .200 | |||

emails can be shruged off a direct call right to the boss usually cannot. phone for the win email is a back up plan | |||

It's a personal hangup I guess (no pun intended), I really dislike spending time on the phone - for anything. I deal with 200-300 e-mails a day between work and personal stuff so it is eaiser for me to deal with folks over mail than phone. It was a slower route to get what I was looking for, but I guess it paid off. Calling probably would have been faster as you point out. | |||
