The March issue of Man Magnum had two articles about the .505 Gibbs. One was built on a P14 action while the other was built on what appeared to be a ZKK 602 (that article was written in Afrikaans so I was not able to glean anything from it). I guess I always thought the 602 was a little tight for such a cartridge. Is it considered a common action for such use? Regards, Telly

Telly, I have the translations for the Afrikaans articles in Man Magnum. I'll check and see if I have the articles in question and e-mail them to you. Regards, Eric Eric.Leeton@uop.com

Any chance of having both articles e-mailed to me? :-) the 602 I believe is the same as the cz550. and my gunsmith mentioned to me that it was a good action to use for a 505. something he shouldn't have done though, now it is on my list of things I need some day. damnit. Red

Belarus, I would appreciate a translation of the article if you have it. Dago Red, I will e-mail copies when I get a chance. Also, has anyone seen or heard of the 602 being used by others for a .505? Telly
