577 2 3/4? ballistics
Does anyone have a good reference for what the 577 2 3/4 was loaded to?
The dances with a Fat Lady talked about a 650 at 1650.
COTW doesn't say.
Kynoch lists a 750 @ 1800
TIA.

Exactly which bullet weight are you interested in? My 2 3/4/750 shoots at 1825 with a Woodleigh. My old 2 3/4/650 shoots at 1950 with Woodleigh.

I thought the 577 2 3/4 Express (black powder) was the 1650, and the nitro was 1800, both with 650s..

for what it's worth, I can hit 1450 with my pedersoil 58 call front stuffer...

CAN

but dont anymore..
