Where can one buy factory type ammo boxes ( 10-20 rounds ) for cartridges such as 450/400, 416 rigby, 458 lott?

MTM make slip top boxes which usually take 20 cartridges and a thing called an ammo-wallet that takes 10 and is made for some big bores. I like the 22 round box but it is not quite what you are after.

Midway and Graff and Sons have white factory type of 20 round boxes with foam seperators..I use them mostly..
