Mike, that's one option I had not thought about. I guess I am looking for a "deal" on a double, sort of hooked [Cool]

I check Chadicks, Champlins, Cape Outfitters, etc. Know of any other places to check?

Jim,

You could always get two Ruger Number 1s and glue them together and connect both levers [Big Grin]

JBoutfishn ,
If your talking about a 375 Flanged Magnum in an English double,
it's worth waiting for. Great cartridge to shoot.
The 375 2 1/2 Flanged is also good.
Brass and dies are readily available.

JB Just get a 9,3x74R, the animals you shoot will never know the difference. The 375 Flanged is always high priced in a British double. A 450/400 [either 3' or 3 1/4"] is a much better buy. In fact you could get a British double in 450/400 AND a 9,3x74R double [with scope] for much less money than a 375 Flanged British. Then you would have a very good 2 rifle battery for Africa.
