eezridr600 Nitro Pistol
OK Guys,
I just received a U tube clip from a friend where some ole boy is shooting a "reported" 600 Nitro pistol (appears a stainless TC contender) at a gun range.
It literally flys out of his hand and over his right shoulder. The shooter has grey hair, a beard and is a bit "plump".
I want to know which one of you is in this clip! Fess up!
I laughed my ass off!
BTW; If any of you know how to post a link, let me know and I will e-mail you the clip.

Idaho SharpshooterWasn't me! That may have been Big Doggy 700's pistol at a range in southern Illinois.

bigdoggy700The original owner shoots it and holds onto it. He backs up about 4 steps with it. Type in 600 nitro pistol and you can see both videos on you tube. The light load is loaded with a 1040 grain bullet and generates about 4000 ft lbs of energy. The heavy load is loaded with 900 grain bullets and generates right at 5500 ft.lbs of energy. Not bad for a gun that weighs in at 5 lbs and 8 oz. The 600 nitro revolver weighs 13 plus pounds. It kicks a lot, but if you weigh 350 lbs like I did, you can hold onto it and keep your feet planted if you know what your doing. The range instructor damn near got his head taken off. Obviously he was not holding on very tight. The original owner only weighed 180 lbs and moves back quite a bit when shooting it. The gun is not for the novice shooter.
