Does anyone an actual picture of the rifle and demensions of the cartridge? Any history? Does it weigh 25#'s or more? Has anyone hunted it? Is this why there are no more dragons?

I don't think Saeed every made one. As I recall, the idea for this round was generated before AR was a UBB site, so that was quite a few years back. Saeed found out that Lother Walter makes a 1" bore barrel, so had wanted to make a round to use such a barrel. I don't know if it was shooting the 700 NE, or the difficulty of having brass and bullets made that de-motivated the endevour. To my knowledge, the gun was never made, hopefully Saeed can update us.
