Has anyone on this forum seen one of these South African made rifles? If so what are they like? They were available briefly in Australia and I believe the last one here sold for just about 15000 USD - it had some fairly ornate engarving on it.

I believe they are extermely well put together - square bridge Mauser action, (Vector Action)atc. They were also apparently called "Landrover Rifles" as anyone who bought a Landrover got one with it before Ford took over Landrover.

Obviously the only way they can sell Landrovers in South Africa!!

Can you tell us about the scope mount. What kind of system is that, and does it return to zero properly?
