Arild,

my wife's family all live in Montana, and they are of Norwegian descent. Sooo, they tell Norwegian Jokes. Like this one:

Ole and Marta are on vacation to the Pacific Ocean in Oregon. Well, Ole, he finds this bottle bobbing in the waves. Marta cleans it up, and Wow! a yenie pops out. So the yenie says to Marta, "thank you for rescuing me from dat bottle. As a reward, you can have one wish, anyting you want!". So Marta tells the yenie she wants him to make a road all the way from Montana to Norway so they can visit the old country. This here yenie says he can't do that, but anyting else, hoo boy, it's yours. So Marta says to the yenie she wants him to make all Norwegians as smart as anybody else, so they stop telling them Norwegian jokes. So, that yenie he thinks a minute, then turns back to Marta and says "you want that road should be two lanes or four?".

I have two questions:
Can I use my 9.3x62, or is that two small, I know I'm a wuss, but that's all I've got.
Where exactly is the High Ore Range? I've got a friend in Helena that says he knows where it is but he's gotten us lost on several occasions. Is it closer to Helena or Whitehall off Hwy 69?

HunterMontana, High Ore Range is two miles south of Boulder on I15. Take the High Ore exit and follow the signs. Oh, of course you can use your 9.3x62. You won't be the only one. Theirs a few guys shootin them. So see ya there buddy. Big Grin

Wildbill, I must compliment you and/or your son on the behavior of your grandson. His gun safe gun handling impressed me. I watched him when he benched his piece: the action was open and he scanned the area before laying the gun down to make sure no one was getting covered by the muzzle. Thank you.
