Whats involved in converting 416 Rigby Brass to 450 Rigby Brass? Looking for a cartridge for my PH. A little afraid of the 585 BHE.

run it through the sizing die. There might be slight fireforming after the initial firing, but nothing major.

Just make sure you have a good tapered expander plug, and lube the inside of the necks

Thanks. I may opt for the 450 Dakota route also. I think at this point it would be availibility of affordable brass. I'm leaning towards a bigger round. I'll probably wait until my 500 Jeffery get done before I make a move bigger or smaller.
