i would like to replace my stock on my rsm 416rigby. i looked at mcmillian website but not sure what would fit especially with the recoil plate in the forarm. any suggestions as to what would fit and i would like it as a drop in fit.. thaks

I have several McMillan stocks and they are very good. My suggestion would be to call them and sexplain what you have and what you want. Get it right from the horses mouth.

Later, if there were problems then it falls on their end not yours. Not that you whould expect any difficulties with them....on the contrary. but it is just a policy of mine that has saved me in the past with other companies and getting the wrong product in the mail.
