Do a search for Andr Mertens and send him a PM. He's Belgian and had some interesting info on the Dumoulin rifles. It basically boiled down to: "All in all, the rifle would be a good value at 2/3 of its asking price for it's definitely no longer the handcrafted one it used to be."
If you don't hear form him, give me a shout and I'll forward the Word doc (in french) he sent me.

Interesting sight, looks like they are making commercial mauser actions again like they did in the 1950's. They say they are getting their barrels from Wilson. Well Well, thats were Ruger use to get theirs before they started making there own barrels in the 1990's. Wilson barrels in a word are cheap. Real cheap. They will on occasion will shoot. Most of Ruger's accuracy problems were due to Wilson Barrels, at the time Ruger was buying them for around 20 dollars. I don't know how they are now a days, but since Ruger started making their own barrels, the Accuracy of the M-77 Mk II's have been pretty good right out of the box. Why buy Wilson Barrels, when you could go to Walther and they are close by in Germany?

I was at a gun shop last year and spotted a new square bridge standard length mauser action on display. It had a Model 70 style safety and a hinged floor plate with the release in the bow. The square bridge was machined with dovetails similar to CZ rifles. The owner told me they were made in China under strict supervision by FN. He told me the actions were made for Dumoulin and this was surplus production. I asked about any magnum length actions being available, and he said that Dumoulin took all the magnum length actions that were produced. If memory serves me correctly there were no markings on the action other than a serial number. I understand that earlier Dumolins were European made actions.
I've got a late '50's early 60's Dumoulin in .338 Win, it's made on an FN commercial action. Marked "H. Dumoulin Milmort-Liege". With the prices the new Dumoulins go for I would really be surprised if they were using an acion made in China, but you never know. Mine's one of the cheap ones, no engraving and nice, but not fantastic wood.
