Got 40 virgin BELL .500NE Base cases in 3.25". Have a 500 double for the 3 inches version. Can I just trim to 3 inches and run it through my 3" full length die? There are no saami or CIP dimension charts available on the web. Are there any other differences than length? Thanks | ||

You can and I have done so. IF the case walls are thin, you are fine. BUT if the case walls are thick you may have to neck ream.
