New! LX Rapid Relocking Mounting System

The latest in super high-end rapid release/remount systems.

• Incredible zero retention, to retain its point of impact even after being removed and replaced

• Uses a locking lever to cam into place more quickly and securely than ever

• Ideal for dangerous game situations, when the need to use iron sights can come at a moment’s notice

• Exceptional system for traveling, you can remove and replace it quickly

I'm interested but would like more follow up. I've been searching for a quick release system to put on my 416 Rigby when it's completed.
EAW has grabbed my attention, now Leupold.

Interesting. Are there any specs on them at the Leupold site?

A few weeks ago a leupold rep said they weren't available.

Production or QC issues... wonder which?

Thanks JH, it'll be a while for the Rigby anyways. I asked for close to Rigby's bolt rifle.

I emailed Leupold tech services about them and they said they are available for only a couple of actions so far. They don't as yet offer any gunsmiths blank bases and they are quite expensive. Don't have the prices and have searched for the copy I had but can't find it anywhere. Seems the base was around $80 and the top half around $110. Looks to be quick and positive though. Appears to be a bridge type base that uses 2 holes on front ring and 1 on rear. I wanted it for a prewar Mdl70 and the tech services said they did NOT have them for older Mdl 70's and you might have problems with the hole spacing on some of magnum Mdl70's.
