If you open the 416 Rigby case up to 50 caliber there is hardly any shoulder to headspace on. It would be like the 400 Whelen. Like Jeff mentioned .475 is about right for the 416 Rigby case with reliable headspacing.

Had a quick look at the Lapua if you improve it should be able to get a .015" shoulder.
