buckstixMy T-REX Project - A 577 Tyrannosaur is Born - aka The Dinosaur Killer
Hello Robgunbuilder,
Hello RNS,
Thanks for your reply, however;
This post was intended to share my experience about building myself a 577 T-REX rifle.
How about we get back to that topic and - perhaps you fellas can start a new post about your "stationaty-feet".

Michael RobinsonI hear that. The last time I took ibuprofen I almost lost my footing and fell down.

RIPIt's a good thing the guy above is an Olympic speed skater with such powerful thighs and buttocks to keep his center of gravity low.
Otherwise he might have had to take a couple of steps backward, or worse.
Did you know that those speed skaters pull 2.5 Gs when doing their best in a turn for a 500-meter race?
That is the fastest Olympic skating event, about 37 mph.
A 200-pound skater has to push 500 pounds on one leg with each skating stride in those turns.
No wonder they are breathing hard at the end of such a race!

Brian CanadaThanks to buckstix and others for the good discussion and excellent photos. I learned a lot and enjoyed reading it. I shoot a .577 NE single shot.

georgeldI'll skip commenting on the rifle. Since I've had both shoulders replaced I won't be shooting such a thing.
Advice about Tylenol though. I've had back problems since '85. Taking oxy/tylenol for years. A 90day VA piss test showed I had liver failure. I requested second test to back it up. That one came in further damage. Doc told me "Tylenol is a known liver killer and don't ever take it again".
Acetomyno whatever IS TYLENOL guys!
Give it hell with that cannon!

buckstixHello georgeld,
Thanks for the reply.
Sorry to hear about your Tylenol woes. I lost a good friend to the same thing.
