Has anyone actually used the new encapsulatd solid particularly in 416 to take game and what were the results?

How is the new design different from the old one other than the bullet is shorter over all?

What does Hornady give for reasons for changing the design?

ive used it on hogs, deer, javalena, and rabits. all under 300#... no bullets recovered.

I've cut the bullet in half, and the jacket looks to be ~.062-065 (i used a hacksaw)

when i go to africa, if a take a `16, it will be loaded with barnes X, only.
