Does anyone know of any hunting stories, books, or videos that contain the .577 Tyrannosaur? Does anybody have any personal experiences hunting with this round? Thank you.

LV Eric used one on an elephant. If you search you may find a description. In a nutshell, however, the penetration was very poor.

I recall that story. It must have been a squib load, or an incomplete autopsy because I have used the same caliber and weight bullet on elephant at 150 fps less than LV was using and penetration was good.
