Does anyone know where I may find a Savage 116 in .425 Express for sale?

I think that although catalouged none or very few have ever been made, trust me I have looked and never found one but keep up the search and let me know if you find two

JR is correct....from what I know, they were catalogued and very few were produced. I do remember a local gun dealer claiming that he had a chance at one back in '95 or '96. That would lead me to believe that they do exist (though I've never seen a picture of an actual 116 in .425).

Thanks for the replys. I know one exists in Baton Rouge, LA. It belongs to my cousin. He hunts everything with it. He loves the rifle. His gunshop friend talked him into buying it years ago because it stayed on his shelf for a long time. He had ordered it by mistake and actually sold it to my cousin for less than his cost. This rifle shoots very well, but it looks like crap. My cousin has put some miles on it. He is the one that has me fired up on this rifle and caliber. He said if I could find a rifle, he would supply the ammo. He is an avid reloader. I tried to get him to join this forum, but he claims he doesn't know anything about computers. He says he just knows guns.
