Can anyone help me find...or does anyone know the factory ballistics of WR ammo? More specifically their 500NE 570 gr solid and their 500 Jeffery 535 gr solid. i recently purchased a small quantity of each, and have read comments that WR ammo can be a little hot...and variable in velocity. I find other Jeffery factory loaded ammo (Kynoch, Norma, Barnes) especially variable in energy...as little as 6100 ft lbs to almost 7000 lbs depending on manufacturer. also, any opinions on quality of the various factory brass for reloading greatly appreciated! thought i would add that i did find the Romey website. the listing of british cartridges was the only menu item in english. you can scroll over the individual cartridge listing to get the ballistic info...on some listings. i scroll over 500 jeffery and get 505 gibbs...470 and get 458 mag...which i did not see a listing for. also, when i scrolled down on some listings they would go away. anyway, i got info on a few cartridges but not what i was really after, the 500NE and 500Jeffery. maybe if i use a different computer i can see them all.
