416Tanzan500 AR (because calling it the 500 BS wouldn't sell a single one)
It seems that Manson and McGowen thought that a distinct name and marking on the reamers would help everyone keep the rather significant differences in freebore separate.
I suggested "Nyati" addition as fitting for our beloved buffalo, (we do love them, don't we?), while at the same time not getting confused with the different dimensions of the Mbogo cartridges. (Both nyati and mbogo are used in Swahili for 'buffalo'.) So 500 Accurate Reloading Nyati it is. It is still Jeffeoso's cartridge design, 2.65" case, but with a short 1/4" freebore + 1 1/2° leade

Right.

Except that is 1-1/2 degree leade, not throat.
"Throat" includes parallel-sided free-bore plus leade.

416Tanzanthanks RIP,
I corrected my post above so that it now reads "a short 1/4" freebore + 1 1/2° leade"
