When I had a 10.75x68 I shot the 347gr Woodleigh at around 2250fps, reckon it would have been perfect for Sambar, ironned out the paddock bunnies nicely too. Whitehorse Arms I think also has some RWS 347gr solids on the shelf if your interested in playing with something different.

I am building a 404, I bought some 350 gr woodleigh to get started with, get the barrel shot in etc. I wasnt sure either on what was prefered. My bet most of the guys will vote for 400 gr. I plan to buy some 400 gr barnes or swift or whatever can be bought at some point in time.
