Does anyone know where / if I can get a snap cap for the 375 ruger?

Just make your own. Take a deprimed case and insert the eraser from a pencil in the primer pocket. Takes some trimming of the eraser to make it fit but it works fine. I use the white erasers from mechanical pencils. Trim the diameter for a tight fit then press fit into the pocket and trim flush with the case head.

I make them like Tom does; I'll have to try the white erasers. They definitely would provide more resistance to the firing pin.
