You really need to shoot the gun offhand and learn to roll more with the recoil. Shooting off sticks places your body too far forward and the recoil will be worse. I never shoot off sticks or the bench and I've put thousands of rounds downrange with the .600Ok. That brake is the Vias style that John Mcmorrow and I designed and built and it reduces the recoil by nearly 50%. -Rob
