Please forgive me for this posting, I'm not trolling. My father in law passed away and I'm charged with handling all his firearms/ammo/reloading sell off for my mother in law. Most of this is no problem, HOWEVER.... He had about 300+ rounds of .375 H&H Eldorado factory ammo. It's the old Barnes "blue bullets, 300 grain projectiles. This isn't to get a price, I'm just wondering if it's worth pulling the bullet as I remember there was some controversy regarding barrel fouling or should I pull it down and sell it off for brass or just sell it as is? Your opinion is appreciated. Thank you. Swift, Silent, & Friendly

Since it's factory loaded I'd sell it as is. I'm not sure which bullets you have: the "old" .049" copper jacket lead core or the newer X bullet. Fouling was a problem if a lot of pure copper jackets were fired, but there is enough bore cleaner on the market now that fouling isn't an issue.
