i'VE BEEN HUNTING FOR OVER 50 YEARS, AND I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HUNT WHITETAIL WITH A 4 BORE DOUBLE, BUT THIS BEATS ALL !!!

You can do essentially the same with ANY 12-pound smoothbore ML field piece that has a similar 4.2" bore diameter, like the famous brass Napoleon.

Ignorance prevails in the USA when it comes to using a 458, 416s or 600 N.E. on small animals, the no nothings expound with "Shit boy, your gonna blow that poor animal in half!"...

Fact is a .470 and its ilk, will merely punch a big broomstick size hole all the way through from any angle and you can eat right up to the hole, if the deer runs he will leave a blood trail that a blind man could follow..

Hardly any meat waste or bruising will take place...Trust me, I have shot several truck loads of camp meat in Tanzania with big bores as has Saeed and others...

Let the locals blow their deer up and bloodshot the whole side with their 243s, 270s and the other hi vel guns...Now thats whats funny IMO...
