It's been done on the BAR; if the BLR uses the same locking mechanism, it should work.

I don't see any reason it would not work the BLR is chamber in 7mag and 300win mag. As long as you can find a smith to the barrel work should be just fine.

A poster over on AHN has floated the idea of chambering a Magnum-action BLR for the .416 Taylor. Has any-one here tried this, or know of someone who has? Any comments on the practicality of such a venture?

Pros, Cons, Opinions would be welcome.

If this has been discussed here before, a URL to the thread would be greatly appreciated.
