Hi all, I fianlly got to the range to work on the regulation some more. With the 470 barrel inserts when I shot it at 25yds, then the right hit left and the left hit right about 18" apart. So what I did was to turn down the front 12" of barrel leaving a 1/2" tapered ring at the muzzle. While at the range I filed down the front ring to shift the muzzle out. I then drove a steel shim inbetween the shotgun barrels and inserts to hold it in place. 50 yds. I've got it close now, but ran out of ammo. I'm thinking that on my next trip to the range that I'll bring the torch along and when I get it shimmed and adjusted right I'll solder it inplace. | ||
