the one D'arcy Echols designed? I'm going to have a big bore built, but am not in the financial range of a Legend.

No, the G&H is not what is used on the Legends.

The Echols Legend stock is available only from D'Arcy.

GeorgeS is correct that the classic style fiberglass Legend stock is propietory to Mr. Echols because he paid for the tooling to make it. This means McMillan cannot sell this particular stock to the public without Mr. Echols's premission. A couple of years ago I wanted to buy one from Mr. Echols but he did not want to sell stock alone but recently I believe he decided to do that so you may want to contact him to get one.

He sells them. Give him a call at 435-755-6842. If he has enough in stock you can have one within the week.
