Hi everyone, I'm new to the site, but been hunting (stalking in the UK) for many years. I'm just about to acquire a double in this calibre and would welcome advice about powders, loads and reduced loads etc.
I run all my reloading data through 'Quickload' and always start well below maximum and work up. However, I have never tried reduced loads and would grateful for advice from anyone who has.

Welcome to big bores munty. You may get some recommendations on this forum, but I recommend that you post the question down on the Double Rifle forum. Lots of good guys down there with many using, or having used, the 450 NE so likely much more recommendations forthcoming.
