The guns were imported from Germany by Kleingunther in Seguin, TX. These are well made guns with a reputation for accuracy. I believe they were made by Voere.
Can't comment on its worth as a DGR, but it should make a nice .375. Also can't comment on the price. They have always been expensive. I sold my .25-06 for $500 14 years ago. Good luck!

I am not familiar with these rifles, can someone enlighten me? In particular, I am interested in a Kleinguenther Model K-14 in 375 H&H. Would it be worth $700? Do they make a good Dangerous Game Rifle? Can you tell me the pros and cons of this make rifle?

I had a thing for the K-14 Instafire rifle in the early 70s when they came out. Voere made the rifles, and Kleinguenther sold them in Seguin, TX. I liked the short firing pin travel, and the accuracy guarantee of .5" for 3-shots at 100 yards. I never put the money together, so I didn't buy the rifle.
Bolt Action Rifles says the K-15 replaced the K-14 in 1975. I looked for the .411 K-15 but never found one to buy.
They were made to a high standard of fit and finish. If the rifle is in excellent condition, it would be worth the price compared to contemporary rifles.
